Party Platters

HACIENDA PLATTER
An appetizer platter made up of Jerk beef strips, chicken quesadilla, Buffalo tenders, potato skins, Mexican fire crackers, mozzarella sticks and Spinaca dip with chips.

FAJITA PLATTER
Tender strips of marinated sirloin and chicken are char grilled. Served with salsa fresca, sour cream, cheese, onions, red and green peppers and flour tortillas. (equivalent tp 10 full dinner orders)

BURRITO PLATTER
10 burritos filled with beef, chicken, cheese, vegetables or any combination. Topped with salsa roja and cheese. You may upgrade to shaved beef or Machaca pork. (may also be ordered partially cooked)

ENCHILADA PLATTER
10 enchiladas filled with choice of beef, chicken, vegetables or any combination. Topped with salsa roja and cheese. You may upgrade to mole, suissa or tomatilla sauce. (may also be ordered partially cooked)

TACO BAR
Build your own tacos. Includes ground beef, chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, taco sauce and shredded cheese.

BUFFALO TENDERS
Chicken tenders rolled in spicy flour and pepper mixture, then deep-fried. Served with hot and mild sauces, blue cheese dressing, celery and carrot sticks. Serves approximately 40 pieces of chicken.

WINGS OF FIRE
A giant platter of chicken wings slathered in our own Habenero BBQ sauce.

DIP TRAY ...choice of two
Guacamole dip, nine layer dip, spinaca dip or queso dip (16 oz. each). Served with corn chips.

VEGETABLE TRAY
Carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumbers, zucchini, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Served with a spicy Jalapen and red pepper cream cheese dip.

RACK OF CHILI
10 cups (6 oz.) of chili. Shredded cheese and chopped onion served on the side.
